For diesel engines that are allowed to start without pre heating, this regulation may not be followed. The unit shall be able to be prelubricated before startup. For diesel engines that are allowed to start without prelubrication, the provisions of this article may not be followed
4.3 automatic start and automatic loading of the unit
4.3.1 the unit shall be able to start automatically after receiving the start command of automatic control or remote control. The startup success rate shall be greater than 90%. One startup cycle includes three starts. The interval time t between two starts shall meet 0s. 4.3.2 after the unit is started successfully, it shall be able to load automatically. For the first time, the loading amount shall reach 50% of the rated load
4.3.3 in case of the third failure of automatic startup of the unit, if there is a standby unit, the program control system shall be able to automatically transmit the startup command to the standby unit
4.4 automatic unloading and shutdown of the unit
the unit shall be able to unload and shutdown automatically after receiving the automatic control or remote control shutdown command, and its shutdown mode shall be normal shutdown and emergency shutdown
normal shutdown steps: cut off the main circuit and run without load for 5min, and cut off the fuel circuit
emergency shutdown steps: immediately cut off the main circuit, fuel circuit and air inlet circuit
4.5 automatic voltage regulation and frequency modulation of the unit
the unit shall be able to automatically adjust the output voltage and frequency. The adjustment rate, stabilization time and fluctuation rate of voltage and frequency shall comply with the provisions of 3.3.2
4.6 automatic protection of the unit
the unit shall be protected against low oil pressure, high cooling water temperature, overvoltage, overspeed, short circuit, phase loss, etc
